Gland Packing Chesterton Teflon 1600 is a Graphite tape bombarding compact strands specifically designed to control superior leakage. Each strand is reinforced with An Inconel wire mesh covering solid but flexible. The outside of this package is then tightly affected by a lubricating agent to prevent pitting from corrosion inhibitors and reduce rod agents. 1600 is almost identical to Chesterton 1601, but the only difference is 1600 designed to meet the requirements of nuclear industry purity.
