Chesterton 455 Aramid Fiber / Nitrile Binder Sheet is a versatile sheet gasket material that offers good sealability and chemical resistance. 455 incorporates synthetic fibers with nitrile binders, and can be used against water, aliphatic salts, organic aromatic hydrocarbons, alcohols, esters, oils and gases up to 575 ° F (300 ° C). 455 is not recommended for use in chlorinated hydrocarbons, aromatic ketones and esters.
