PA6 Extruded Sheet is a generic name for a long chain family of polymeric amides. General characteristics of nylon include toughness, strength, abrasion and fatigue resistance, low coefficient of friction, durability and heat resistance.
Many of these properties can be enhanced by the addition of fillers such as molybdenum disulfide. Nylon is resistant to hydrocarbons, alkalis, ketones and esters.
